If you indicate you will be attending, a $25 restaurant voucher will be included in your registration packet when you check in for the conference.

Mall of America Locations (Dining Start Time – Approximately 6:00 p.m.)

Cantina Laredo - Enjoy authentic Mexican food inspired by the cuisine of Mexico City. Imagine grilled fish, chicken or steak topped with one of a kind signature sauces like chipotle-wine and Portobello mushroom or sautéed artichoke heart and roasted red bell pepper. Pair that with our award-winning margarita, the Casa Rita.

Crave - A restaurant that was created out of our passion to offer guests a unique dining experience. Serving lunch and dinner daily, along with the best happy hour in Minneapolis, we feature seasonal, locally sourced ingredients whenever possible to ensure that our guests receive the highest quality food.

Tucci Benucch – The restaurant captures the essence of true Italian cooking by using classic techniques and featuring seasonal, sustainable ingredients sourced from local purveyors.

Twin City Grill - Featuring Minnesota comfort foods in casual comfortable surroundings. The menu is filled with Minnesota favorites starting with the Northern Lakes Walleye Fish Fry, Roasted Prime Rib of Beef, Hickory Smoked Baby Back Ribs, Prime Meatloaf and Roasted Turkey Plate. Plentifully stocked wine racks highlight the classic decor of rich wood and cozy booths.

Downtown Minneapolis (Dining Start Time – Approximately 7:00 p.m.)

After a 30 minute train ride on the light rail enjoy one of the following restaurants:

Hell’s Kitchen - Located in the heart of the city, Hell’s Kitchen is a fiercely independent, locally-sourced & inspired, family-friendly American-style restaurant offering breakfast, lunch, happy hour, dinner, and weekend brunch with weekly live music & events.

Smack Shack - Although named for the boats used to catch lobster, the restaurant was launched in 2010 from four wheels – a food truck serving lobster rolls from a land-locked downtown Minneapolis parking lot. Owner Josh Thoma had a great recipe and a belief that appetite for fresh lobster in the Twin Cities was as strong as any coastal city.

The Loon Café - Winner of awards from Mpls/St. Paul Magazine and City Pages, the Loon features a wide variety of menu items including extraordinary soups, fresh Mex, a selection of fresh salads and wraps, a wide selection of hot and cold sandwiches and their famous award winning chilies.

Note: Restaurants for the Dine Around are subject to change.
