The 2018 IPMA-HR Central Region Training Conference will be held June 24 - 27, 2018 in beautiful downtown Madison, Wisconsin.

IPMA-HR Central Region President's Welcome

Welcome to the IPMA-HR Central Region website.

It is a pleasure to be your President of the IPMA-HR Central Region. I am very excited to serve in this role over the next 12 months.

I am proud to be a part IPMA-HR, the leading public sector human resource organization in the world, and an organization that represents the interests of human resource professionals at all levels and promoting excellence in human resources management.

During the next year, I will be working with the new Central Region Board to:

*	Deliver another outstanding training program as part of the 82nd IPMA-HR Central Region Training Conference. The 2018 conference will be held in beautiful Madison, Wisconsin at the Madison Concourse Hotel and Governor’s Club from June 24 to June 28.
*	Continue to work with the Central Region Chapter Presidents and IPMA-HR Leadership to identify opportunities to strengthen chapters that are currently struggling.
*	Foster communication between the chapters to share ideas and resources for chapter meetings.
*	Continually review the bylaws of the IPMA-HR Central Region to identify opportunities for improvement and to ensure they are serving the interests of all members.

The Central Region Chapter of IPMA-HR is an affiliate of the International Public Management Association for Human Resources (IPMA-HR), a nonprofit and educational organization, committed to the advancement of the public sector by providing HR professionals with key educational and training opportunities, valuable resources and assessments products, and effective advocacy at every level of government. IPMA-HR represents more than 9,000 individuals and 1,100 agencies at the local, state and federal levels of government worldwide.
